The free public event will be headlined by the U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds, as well as the A-10 Thunderbolt II Demonstration Team, featuring the ground-attack jet that forms a major mission at D-M.

The Thunder and Lightning Over Arizona Air Show promises to be a weekend packed with heart-pounding air performances and family-friendly activities. This is your chance to get up close and personal with the aircraft and pilots! Although general admission is free, a limited amount of premium seating is available while supplies last. Get your tickets early to see the United States Air Force Thunderbirds and so much more.

Davis-Monthan Air Force Base is home to 11,000 Airmen from 34 unique mission partners, which support four combatant commanders around the world every day. Over the years, Davis-Monthan has earned a proud history of distinction and most recently was awarded the 2018 Commander and Chief’s Installation Excellence Award as the best base in the Air Force. The 355th Wing is the host unit for the installation in addition to its primary mission of deploying, employing and sustaining combat search and rescue and attack air power in support of combatant commanders anywhere in the world.
Additionally, Davis-Monthan is home to 12th Air Force, the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group, the 55th Electronic Combat Group, the 214th Attack Group of the Arizona Air National Guard, 943rd Rescue Group of the Air Force Reserve, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection among many others.

NOTE: Personal Carts may be used by physically challenged visitors. Pets: All pets are prohibited form the A&A Days grounds. Service animals assisting physically challenged guests will be authorized. will keep you posted and post a schedule of events once they become available. Stay Tuned!
